Terms of sale

1. Who sells

The seller is Pure Synergy OÜ, registry code 14132722, VAT number EE102212806, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: hello@woops.ee. All details are in the imprint.

These terms apply to every order on woops.ee. You accept them with the first tick box before payment.

2. What you buy

A personal cartoon about one minute long. Your child's toy is the hero and speaks to your child by name, in the language you choose.

The cartoon is digital content made to your order from your photos and answers. Nothing is sent by post.

Before paying you pick one of three pictures of the hero. The cartoon is animated, so the hero can look slightly different, but it keeps the chosen style and the look of your toy.

If the toy is a well-known character from a film, a cartoon series or a brand, we draw the hero from the toy's colours and shape, not as a copy of that character. If that doesn't work, we refund the full price.

The cartoon is for your family's personal use: watch it, download it, show it to family and friends. Please don't sell it or use it in advertising.

Send only photos you took yourself, showing only the toy, with no people.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in the order before you pay and includes VAT where it applies, in euros and in US dollars alike. Visitors from the USA pay in US dollars, everyone else in euros.

You pay the full price when you order, through Stripe. We never see your card details.

The contract is made when the payment goes through. We confirm it by email.

4. Delivery

We make the cartoon within 3–5 days of payment and email you a link to it.

The link works for 90 days. After that we delete the file, so please download the cartoon.

If a birthday party is 5 days away or less, we may not make it in time. The order form warns you about this.

If we are running late, we email you.

5. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel the order until we send you the link to the cartoon: write to hello@woops.ee and we refund the full price.

Once we have sent the link, there is no right of withdrawal: the cartoon is digital content made for you (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Before paying you asked us to start at once and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal once we deliver the cartoon (the second tick box); we confirm this in the order email.

This does not affect points 6 and 7: if we cannot make the cartoon or it has a defect, you get your money back.

6. If we cannot make the cartoon

Sometimes a cartoon can't be made from the photos. Then we email you and may ask for another photo. If it still doesn't work, we refund the full price.

7. If something is wrong

If the cartoon has a defect — the wrong name, language or theme, or a technical fault — write to hello@woops.ee. We fix it for free; if we can't, we refund the full price.

This does not limit your rights under consumer law.

If there is no defect but you don't like the cartoon, write to us anyway: as a goodwill gesture we may remake it once for free. This is not a right under these terms.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@woops.ee. We reply within 15 days.

If we can't agree, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia (komisjon.ee) free of charge, or go to court.

9. Law and courts

Estonian law applies. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of that country that cannot be set aside by contract.

You can bring a claim in the courts of Estonia or of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order follows the version that applied when you paid.
